From these seminars, they learned the value of having substance free housing and how it contributes to building a stable community among Greek Life at UC San Diego. They also learned the importance of hosting RLC sessions, which assists with the academic success Cal Rho strives for.
Saturday
With breakout sessions all day Saturday, California Rho gained an abundance of knowledge on how to bring success back to chapter meetings. For each executive member, lessons on how to develop their priorities and build an effective plan for the duration of their term were written. Their newest members, rising leaders, learned new leadership strategies and honed their skills for potential future executive terms. They also heard from several distinguished leaders from the surrounding SigEp communities, gaining an insight on how SigEp taught them to be an effective leader and how SigEp made a positive impact on their lives.
